Despite the building onslaught in Malta, the Environment and Planning Commissioner feels encouraged by the increase in environmental awareness. 

Interviewed for tomorrow's edition of Times Talk, David Pace says the pressure from both local and foreign organisations cannot continue being ignored, as Malta faces an unprecedented building frenzy. 

The interview comes days after Mr Pace sounded a warning that building on ODZ land will continue unabated as long as the Environment and Resources Authority is denied a veto in controversial development applications.
