The BrainStorm Ensemble is creating an imaginative and visual physical-theatre piece that challenges man’s perception of time and space through movement and sound.

Inspired by the Shakespearean character of Juliet Capulet, I Drink to Thee explores the notion of dreams and the state of unconsciousness. Through the use of movement, sound and text, the performers create a visual and sensory performance.

The BrainStorm Ensemble is made up of five international theatre makers, namely Amy Collins, Marco Calleja, Nicole Acquah, Jinsook Kim and Andrija Repec, all currently reading for an MA in Advanced Theatre Practice at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.

The artists’ wish is to take theatrical and creative risks to challenge emerging practitioners.

I Drink to Thee will take place tomorrow at the Valletta Campus Theatre at 8pm. For more information and tickets, visit www.ticketline.com.mt.
