Times of Malta says drink-driving alcohol limits are set to become tighter once a proposal to slash the maximum by almost half comes into force. In another story, the newspaper says the government will be forking out €1.2 million a year for the next three decades to pay for the new medical school in Gozo to be used by Barts.

In-Nazzjon says the PN will be formally asking for Mr Justice Mizzi to be recused from the case on a magistrate's decree which found that there were grounds for an investigation into whether money laundering laws were broken by Prime Minister Joseph Muscat, his chief of staff Keith Schembri, Tourism Minister Konrad Mizzi and others because it believes in the independence of the judiciary.
