Claudio Marchisio scored his second goal from the penalty spot in the 89th minute to give Juventus a 3-2 win over Paris Saint-Germain in the International Champions Cup on Wednesday.

Juventus twice took the lead through Gonzalo Higuain and Marchisio, only to see PSG equalise through Goncalo Guedes and Javier Pastore, before Moise Kean drew a late penalty that led to the winner.

Juventus took the lead on the stroke of half-time as Higuain played a sublime one-two with Dybala to get in behind the PSG defence before chipping the onrushing keeper to put Juventus ahead.

PSG made it 1-1 on 53 minutes after Angel Di Maria played a one-two with Christopher Nkunku on the wing, then ran deep into the box and got a pass across before colliding with Buffon, leading to an easy tap-in for Guedes.

Juve got back in front in the 62nd minute when Kean picked off a poor pass and ran toward the box before showing good vision to pass across to Marchisio, who delivered a perfect left-footed, first-timed shot into the top corner past Remy Descamps, who had just come on for Areola.

The French side levelled matters again on 80 minutes. Layvin Kurzawa did well to keep the ball in play when it appeared to be headed out, and Juventus defenders were caught flat-footed as Javier Pastore arrived to head the ball home.

But Juventus had the final say as Presnel Kimpembe tried to muscle Kean off the ball, but the referee ruled it a penalty and Marchisio converted from the spot to give the Italian champs the victory.

Juventus will finish their ICC play against Serie A rivals Roma on Sunday.
