He must be someone who can work with a range of other people regardless of political party or opinion.

He must be willing to listen to the needs of the common people and with the courage to stand up and say what needs to be said and willing to make difficult decisions.

It is rare for a contender to be so gifted but voters must weigh the talents of those contesting the leadership race carefully and elect the one who will be able to form a strong united Opposition and with a strategy to sway the floating voters towards a PN victory in the next general election.
