9.24pm Chelsea will continue their pursuit of additional wing back options after seeing Danilo complete a move to Manchester City, according to the London Evening Standard.

The Blues are reportedly keen on former defender Ryan Bertrand and his Southampton team-mate Cedric Soares.

The Brazilian was a transfer target, alongside Juventus' Alex Sandro, while Benjamin Mendy is also set to move to the Etihad.

8.56pm Manchester United's £60m pursuit of Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Marco Verratti is on hold, according to reports in the Sunday Mirror. And that is because the Ligue 1 club want forward Anthony Martial in return.

However, despite changing agents this summer, Verratti is likely to stay in the French capital, say Corriere dello Sport.

The only way PSG will allow the player to leave the Parc des Princes this summer is if they receive a huge offer.

8.16pm Roma are keen to sign Algerian star Riyad Mahrez of Leicester City.

However, the Premier League side are demanding 45 million euro for his services, while the club from the Italian capital have only offered 30 million. 

8.11pm Juventus face defeat in their efforts to sign Nemanja Matic from Chelsea, according to reports in La Gazzetta dello Sport.

Manchester United are believed to be closing in on the Serbian midfielder after missing out on top target Eric Dier.

7.45pm With Neymar’s future the subject of intense speculation, Lionel Messi has urged Barcelona to sign compatriot Paulo Dybala from Juventus, reports Don Balon.

The 23-year-old Argentina forward is widely regarded as being among the most gifted young players in the world and is one of few attackers who could fill the Brazilian boots should he leave for Paris Saint-Germain

7.12pm While Lorenzo Insigne is set to stay at Napoli, his brother Roberto has joined Parma in bid to bolster their squad as they hope to clinch Serie A berth in the coming season. 

7.10pm Chelsea will this week step up their interest in signing Arsenal midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, according to reports in the Sunday Express.

However, the Premier League champions can expect a battle from rivals Manchester City for the England international's signature.

5.56pm A senior official at RB Leipzig has today told Sky Sports News that Naby Keita will "100% not be sold in this window".

Earlier this week, the German club said they had rejected a bid of over £67m from an unnamed club.

We understand Liverpool have been in three times for the midfielder.

5.32pm Despite changing agents this summer, reported Barcelona and Manchester United transfer target Marco Verratti is likely to stay at PSG unless a huge offer is received, says Corriere dello Sport.

The Italy international, 24, is contracted to the Ligue 1 club until the summer of 2021.

5.06pm Gabriel Paletta is set to leave Milan, with three clubs chasing him.

In Italy, Genoa and Torino are keen to add his valuable experience to their roster while overseas, Valencia of Spain are also interested in him.

4.45pm Inter boss Luciano Spalletti admitted that Manchester United target Ivan Perisic would be allowed to leave Inter if the right offers arrives.

“He is a fantastic player and if his future is totally up to me, I will definitely keep him,” Spalletti told a media conference.

“However, if an offer comes and the club are satisfied with the money, which will be used to invest in and strengthen the team, he could leave.”

4.00pm Hoffenheim are interested in Dortmund full-back Felix Passlack, with the Bundesliga high-flyers eyeing the 19-year-old as a potential replacement for Jeremy Toljan, who has just one year remaining in his contract at the Rhein-Neckar-Arena  

2.45pm Juventus face defeat in their chase for Nemanja Matic as the Serbian midfielder is reportedly set to join Manchester United.

2.06pm Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane is confident that Cristiano Ronaldo will remain with the Spanish champions for the next three seasons.

The Portuguese forward was reportedly keen to leave Real after he was embroiled in a tax evasion case in Spain but Zidane has no doubt where Ronaldo will play this season.

"He's on holiday and he will be back with us on the fifth (of August). I listen, just like everyone else, but the only thing I'm concerned with is what he wants to do with Real Madrid.

"He'll be here with us on the fifth and I think he'll stay for the next two or three years he's got left with us."

1.50pm Spanish newspaper Marca is reporting that Neymar’s father has met with Paris Saint-Germain official’s and pledged his son’s future to the French club.

The Brazilian has reportedly agreed terms on a six-year deal at the Parc des Princes that matches Lionel Messi’s recent pay rise at Barcelona.

1.30pm Antonio Candreva has played down speculation over a possible move to Chelsea. Reports said that Antonio Conte was keen to take the Italy international to Stamford Bridge this summer.

12.10pm Aleksandar Kolarov became the fourth full back to leave Manchester City after last night he completed his move to Roma.

"When I came in 2010, honestly, I didn't expect to play so long," Kolarov told mancity.com.

"Today is the day I have to say goodbye. Everything was quick the last couple of days. For me, it's a very sad day."

12.00pm Jose Mourinho can "guarantee" David De Gea will be staying at Manchester United this summer, saying Real Madrid missed the chance to sign the goalkeeper.

The 26-year-old has established himself as one of the world's best goalkeepers since arriving from Atletico Madrid six years ago.

Such performances have led to admiring glances from Real Madrid, where De Gea would now be playing his football was it not for a deal collapsing acrimoniously in September 2015.

"I can guarantee that he's not going this season, that I can," Mourinho said.

"And my feeling is that it will be very difficult for him to go."

11.45am We start the day with a transfer that has just been completed. Manchester City have wrapped up the signing of fullback Danilo from Real Madrid on a five-year deal.

Danilo told mancity.com: "I am very, very happy to be joining Manchester City.

"There has been strong interest from other clubs, but it has always been my ambition to play for Pep Guardiola. As soon as I heard of his interest, I knew immediately I wanted to be a City player."

11.07pm According to De Telegraaf, FC Utrecht have offered a six-month contract to Wesley Sneijder, so then he can pursue his career in China or in the United States come January. 

FC Utrecht have recently eliminated Valletta from the UEFA Europa League. 

Interestingly enough, Rodney Sneijder, sibling of Wesley, has featured for the club back in 2012. 

11.47pm Italian midfielder Alberto Grassi is joining newly-promoted side SPAL from Napoli.

Grassi is eyeing more playing as he has just returned from a long-term injury which hindered his growth under Maurizio Sarri. 

Meanwhile, they are also seeking to bring back promising goalkeeper Alex Meret on loan, after the latter has just signed a five-year renewal with Udinese.

10.28pm Cristiano Ronaldo will be remain a Real player for "the next two to three years", coach Zinedine Zidane said Saturday, ending talk the Portuguese might depart for Man Utd.

"There has been a lot of talk surrounding Cristiano, that he wanted to go," Zidane acknowledged. "I only believe in one thing - whenever I've spoken to him, he has been very relaxed.

"He's on holiday and he will be back with us on the fifth (of August). I listen, just like everyone else, but the only thing I'm concerned with is what he wants to do with Real Madrid.

"He'll be here with us on the fifth and I think he'll stay for the next 2 or 3 years he's got left with us."

10.23pm After just six months, Leonardo Pavoletti will leave Napoli as he is on the brink of joining Udinese. 

The Italian player has enjoyed fruitful spells at Sassuolo and Genoa where he scored lot of goals, helping both teams to maintain their status as Serie A clubs. 

10.09pm Real boss Zinedine Zidane has said that Brazilian right-back Danilo is no longer with the Champions League winners, with Man City set to benefit from his Bernabeu exit.

"We've had some very good players move on and some young guys come in. We always try to make improvements," Zidane said ahead of his side's clash with Man Utd.

"Danilo has gone and Morata too."

9.29pm Everton boss Ronald Koeman wants to throw relegated Hull City's Kamil Grosicki a Premier League lifeline, reports the Mirror.

The Poland international winger, 29, only joined the Tigers in January.

8.34pm Paul Pogba is pushing Manchester United to sign Paris Saint-Germain right-back Serge Aurier, according to reports in the Daily Star.

The Ivorian, 24, has a contract at the Parc des Princes until the summer of 2019.

7.38pm Manchester City's spending spree is set to continue as after they reached a deal to sign Benjamin Mendy from Monaco, SkySports is reporting that they are closing in on Brazilian Danilo, of Real Madrid.

7.23pm West Ham have completed the signing of Marko Arnautovic from Stoke City for a record £25 million.

6.49pm Juventus are close to signing Federico Bernardeschi from Fiorentina for €40m, according to reports on La Gazzetta dello Sport.

The Florence club will receive 10% of any resale value and now the player is chasing the No.10 jersey, just like Roberto Baggio.

6.03pm Serie B side Venezia who are coached by former Milan forward Filippo Inzaghi are set to sign World Cup winning striker Alberto Gilardino, according to Corriere Veneto.

Both forwards played together at Milan and also during their successful 2006 World Cup.

5.34pm Former Juventus defender Mark Iuliano has been appointed the new coach of Partizan Tirana, of Albania. 

Luliano's recent role was as coach of Latina's youth team. 

5.24pm Milan are still trying to sign Portuguese midfielder and former Manchester United transfer target Renato Sanches on loan this summer, says Tuttosport.

The Rossoneri have apparently been given their blessing by Italian coach Carlo Ancelotti.

5.05pm Juventus have set their sights on luring Mats Hummels from Bayern Munich, SportBild reported yesterday. 

The Bianconeri are looking to replace Leonardo Bonucci who joined Milan for €40 million.

4.30pm Manchester United new boy Victor Lindelof believes Jose Mourinho will take his game to another level.

"(Mourinho) is a very good manager. I like him a lot. He helped the players a lot when you speak to them, so I think I am going to develop a lot under him."

3.40pm Middlesbrough have confirmed the signing of Darren Randolph from West Ham. 

2.40pm Fiorentina wing-back Hrvoje Milic is in Greece to undergo a medical with Olympiakos, the Serie A club announced yesterday.

The Croatian international moved to Fiorentina last summer in a €700,000 deal from Hajduk Split and made 17 appearances.

2.10pm Claudio Marchisio has welcomed Federico Bernardeschi at Juventus. The Fiorentina winger is set to complete a €40 million move to the Italian champions. 

2.00pm West Ham goalkeeper Darren Randolph is on the verge of joining Middlesbrough.

Championship side Boro announced they have agreed a deal in principle with the Hammers to sign the Republic of Ireland international.

1.50pm Huge statement of intent by Milan as the Rossoneri have just crushed Bayern Munich 4-0 in a pre-season friendly in China. A brace from young Cutrone along with goals from Frank Kessie and Hakan Calhanoglu sealed an impressive display by Vincenzo Montella's man.

1.45pm Neil Lennon has extended a “very firm offer” to Anthony Stokes as he seeks to strengthen his Hibernian squad.

Stokes, who was a Scottish Cup winner with Hibs a year ago, has been freed by recently-relegated Blackburn and Lennon says the ball is in the striker’s court.

 “We’ve made an offer to the player (Stokes) so it’s in the hands of the player and his representatives,” he said.

1.25pm Matteo Darmian insists he is happy at Manchester United, despite reports linking the full-back with a summer return to Italy.

Juventus have been strongly linked with a move for Darmian and barely a week goes by without talk of an Old Trafford exit, yet the full-back downplayed speculation as just part of the job.

“Every time I read something about my future... but (there is) nothing news (wise),” he told Press Association Sport. “I am happy here.

“Like I said before, I am happy here so nothing news (wise). I am a Manchester United player - that’s it.”

1.10pm And PSG are not finished there yet. It is understood that the French champions next week will table a £35 million bid to Arsenal for Alexis Sanchez. 

12.50pm Another breaking news from the UK transfer market as Manchester City have reached an agreement with Monaco to sign Benjamin Mendy. The English side will pay over £51 million for the player.

12.10 We kick off with a massive transfer news from Spain as as according to SkySports it is increasingly likely that Neymar will leave Barcelona to join Paris St Germain. 

The Ligue 1 giants are understood to be ready to pay the players' release clause and the Brazilian is understood to favour a move to the French capital.

Morata will now join up with the squad on their pre-season tour of Asia.

He told the club website: "I am so happy to be here. It’s an incredible emotion to be part of this big club. I am looking to work hard, score as many goals as I can and to win as many trophies as possible."

7.24pm Yann Koromoah of Caen is on Inter's radar as they are ready to offer a 5 million offer. 

Koromoah is considered as one of the best youth talents in French football, but in order to acquire him, Inter have to make an improved offer from that of French side St Etienne.

6.36pm Back to local football, as St Andrews have added another foreigner to their roster, Nehemiah Perry Jr.

The Jamaican-born winger has several experiences in the United States including with Miami Dade FC and FC Miami City. 

So far, St Andrews have been one of the most active teams in the transfer market having seen many players depart such as Kyrian Nwoko and Dale Camilleri but were also keen in bringing some foreign talents who suit their playing style. 

6.29pm Francesco Cassata of Juventus will spend next season in Serie A with Sassuolo, with the aim of gaining more playing time at senior level. 

6.20pm Some big news from Southampton as Virgil van Dijk has said he wants to leave and is not in a fit “psychological” state to play, according to manager Mauricio Pellegrino.

The defender has been linked with a move to Liverpool, and new Saints boss Pellegrino is quoted by the Daily Telegraph as saying: "The boy said that he is not available to play because he wants to leave. This is the decision.

"I had to say, ‘If you don’t want to be involved because you don’t feel okay then you have to train alone until this period of time is over."

Asked if Van Dijk would leave, Pellgerino said: “I repeat that the club said not. I hope that Virgil can review his feelings because you know that today a player is big business. Not just the player but behind them is a lot of interests.

"I don’t want to say too much but we need the player, 100 per cent. I want to help the squad, I want to help Virgil, but we need a player, and I repeat, involved in every training session, not just with the body but with the mind on the pitch with the rest of the players."

5.10pm Liverpool have confirmed the signing of left-back Andrew Robertson from Hull.

The Scotland international signed a long-term contract after completing a medical.

4.47pm Eintracht Frankfurt have signed Netherlands defender Jetro Willems on a four-year deal from PSV Eindhoven.

The 23-year-old left-back has moved to the Bundesliga for an undisclosed fee.

"He is a young and very ambitious player, who will strengthen our team," Eintracht's sporting director Fredi Bobic told the club website.

4.12pm Lazio are closing in on Martin Caceres.

Simone Inzaghi may add another defender to his side as they are close to sign former Juventus player Martin Caceres who is currently unattached. 

However, since he does not have EU passport hence the club have to free a slot for the Uruguayan. 

4.10pm Leonel Vangioni leaves Milan to Monterrey. 

The fullback will leave Italy to Mexico after putting pen to paper on a three-year deal with one of the biggest teams in Liga MX.

3.54pm Arsenal have been offered the chance to sign Barcelona midfielder Rafinha.

Sources close to the player have told Sky Sports they believe Barcelona would listen to offers of more than £27m.

Barcelona president Josep Maria Bartomeu said last week that Rafinham would not be sold.

3.40pm Stoke City have signed Kurt Zouma on loan from Chelsea. 

2.45pm Newcastle United have completed the signing of Javier Manquillo from Atletico Madrid. The defender is the Mapgies third close-season signing.

2.30pm England Under-19 captain Jay Dasilva has signed a new contract with Chelsea and will return to Charlton on loan for the new season, the Premier League club have announced.

The defender, whose deal at Stamford Bridge will now run until 2021, helped lead the Young Lions to victory in the European Under-19 Championship, beating Portugal in the final in Georgia.

The 19-year-old spent the second half of last season at League One Charlton, where he made 10 appearances.

2.20pm Do you remember Gabriel Obertan, the former Manchester United and Newcastle winger? Well he has just agreed to join Levski Sofia on a two-year contract.

2.15pm West Bromwich Albion manager Tony Pulis wants to retain Nacer Chadli amid reports of Premier League rival Swansea City's interest in the central defender.

The former Tottenham Hotspur player has been linked with a move to the Paul Clement-managed side, but Pulis stressed his club have no need to cash in on the 27-year-old.

"Chadli is a West Brom player, he's been a West Brom player for a year and let's hope he's a West Brom player for a couple more years," said Pulis.

1.30pm Huge news coming out of Italy as Juventus have reached an agreement to sign Federico Bernardeschi from Fiorentina. SkySports Italia is reporting that the Italian champions will pay €40 million for the Italy U-21 international. 

1.00pm West Ham hope to complete the transfer of Marko Arnautovic from Stoke on Friday afternoon after the forward undergoes a medical.

The 28-year-old forward has agreed personal terms to move to the London Stadium after Stoke accepted a fee which Press Association Sport understands to be in the region of £24million - a club record.

11.30am Reports in the British media say Manchester United have turned their attention to PSG right-back Serge Aurier after struggling to do a deal for Monaco's Fabinho.

Aurier would reportedly cost around £25m, with Jose Mourinho insisting after the 2-0 friendly win over Man City that he would like to sign one or two players as soon as possible.

10.30am Crystal Palace striker Christian Benteke has declared himself happy at the Premier League club ahead of next year's World Cup even as speculation mounts over a possible move away from Selhurst Park.

The former Liverpool and Aston Villa front man has been linked by media with a move to either Everton or Chelsea in recent weeks as both clubs seek to reinforce their attacking options ahead of the start of the new season.

But the 26-year-old wants to remain with new Palace manager Frank de Boer.

"I'm very happy," he said. "I want to be part of the project of the manager and I'm looking forward for this new season.

10.00am Leicester have rejected a bid for Riyad Mahrez, according to manager Craig Shakespeare.

The Algeria forward told the Foxes he wants to leave after an underwhelming follow-up season to their title-winning campaign in 2015/16.

Shakespeare said: "I think I was quoted on the last press day that there was no bids.

"There was a bid from Roma I was told afterwards, so I would like to put the record straight on that one.

"It was politely declined on the basis that it was a low offer. Of what that offer is, don't ask me how much because I don't know and I don't get involved in that."

09.45am Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp will not listen to any bids for Philippe Coutinho, saying: "We are not a selling club."

The Brazilian playmaker has been linked with a move to Barcelona, with the Spanish giants understood to have bid £72million for him.

09.30am Aleksandar Kolarov is on the brink of leaving Manchester City to join Roma, manager Pep Guardiola has confirmed.

The 31-year-old left-back has won two Premier League titles, an FA Cup and two League Cups since moving to the Etihad Stadium from Lazio in 2010.

Kolarov is now set to return to the Italian capital, with Guardiola revealing "Kolarov is one step from going to Roma".

"He spoke to me, with the club but especially to me, and said he would like to leave and I don't like to live still with players that don't want to stay."
