One80 Kitchen & Lounge of Mellieħa has just launched Fusion Fridays, which offer a comfortable set-up in a lounge area, complemented with a DJ and musicians every Friday.
Fusion Fridays were conceived by managing directors Jesmond Vella and Rouvin Zammit Apap, who between them share over 45 years experience in the food and entertainment industry.
An appetising summer menu was also launched last month with an emphasis on fresh and seasonal produce.
One of the highlights of the new menu is the starters section, featuring small plates which are great to share.
Patrons can also order small eats from a specially-designed bar menu while indulging in premium brands and house-made signature and international cocktails.
One80 Kitchen & Lounge was recently awarded the prestigious Quality Assured Seal by the Malta Tourism Authority as one of the top restaurants on the island. To earn such an accolade an establishment has to satisfy a long list of criteria, audited by MTA representatives.
Fusion Fridays are ideal events to host VIPs, corporate groups and to provide business entertainment.
