The photographer Guillaume Herbaut and the journalist Philippe Trétiack cross France on the eve of the election, taking snapshots of French society, from low culture to high culture to everything in-between. The Crazy Horse, full of glitz and glamour, is escapism in its purest form. It's the place people go to forget that the economy even exists. But the girls themselves clock in and clock out, just like at any other factory.
