Birkirkara continued to inject Maltese youth talent to their squad after they acquired the services of midfielder Llywelyn Cremona for the upcoming three seasons.

The 22 year-old’s addition further bolsters the Stripes’ midfield department with Maltese youth talent following the signings of Brandon Muscat and Jake Grech.

During his time at Valletta, the Malta midfielder  won four Premier League titles and one FA Trophy.

Elsewhere, Floriana are still looking for more additions to the squad and the Times of Malta has learnt that the Greens have set their sights on signing winger Leighton Grech.

The former Birkirkara and Vittoriosa Stars player trained with Giovanni Tedesco’s squad in the last week and is expected to be offered a contract by the Floriana hierarchy.
