The Junior Royal Academy of Music Vocal Ensemble will tomorrow give a concert under the direction of Nicholas Warden and accompanied by Charlene Farrugia on  piano as part of the Victoria International Arts Festival.

The ensemble will perform Purcell’s Evening Hymn, I’ll Sail upon the Dogstar and Night and Mystery; Lehmann’s Evensong; Warlock’s Sleep; Quilter’s Now Sleeps the Crimson Petal; Gurney’s Sleep; Vaughan Williams’s Turtle Dove, The Lark Ascending, Silent Moon and The Roadside Fire; Ireland’s Sea Fever; Howells’s King David; Butterworth’s Is My Team Ploughing; Machonchy’s Ophelia’s Song; Elgar’s Salut d’Amour; and Quilter’s Love’s Philosophy.

The concert is being held tomorrow at 8pm at St George’s Basilica, Victoria. Entrance is free.
