Għanafest comes to an end today with two events in different locations, Buskett in the morning and Birżebbuġa in the evening.

The festival celebrates Maltese folksong and the diversity of Mediterranean and world music. It thus brings together a rich programme of għana (Maltese folk music), Maltese bands and international world music acts.

It is also a multinational get-together, an event that celebrates multi-ethnicity and cross-border collaborations.

Għanafest is being held this morning at Buskett Gardens and at Birżebbuġa from 7pm. For programme details and information, visit www.festivalsmalta.com.
