Bank of Valletta announced that seven of its branches across Malta and Gozo will be offering extended service during specific days of the week in the coming summer months.

As from Monday, July 3, the following branches will be open for business between 4.30pm and 7pm: Tuesdays in Żejtun, Wednesdays in Victoria and Żebbuġ, Malta, Thursdays in San Ġwann and Fridays in Mosta, Qormi and Siġġiewi.

“At Bank of Valletta, we are aware that our customers’ schedules are tighter, and following the keen response to extended service offered in winter, we deemed it fit to offer evening service during the summer months,” said Geoffrey Ghigo, head branch network at Bank of Valletta.

“We are committed to be there for our customers, and this is one way of supporting them.”

During the extended opening hours, customers may avail themselves of various services including opening of accounts, Bancassurance products, investments, home loans, personal loans, debit and credit cards. Customers may also place orders for stockbroking transactions or apply for the BOV 24X7 banking services package. Cashiering service will not be offered during this time.

Customers are encouraged to schedule an appointment before visiting the branch during the extended service.

Customers with a scheduled appointment will be given priority.
