The Carpe Musicam Quartet from Austria is today giving a recital as part of the Victoria International Arts Festival.

The quartet, made up of Teresa Wakolbinger, David Raffelsberger (violin), Lea Gisler (viola) and Bernadette Kehrer (violoncello), will perform Mozart’s Quartet no. 4 in C Major KV157, Shostakovich’s Quartet in C Minor Largo – Allegro, Haydn’s Quartet in B-flat Major op. 1 no. 1 – Presto Finale, Maurer’s Voices of Spring, Cassado’s Suite for Violoncello Solo – Intermezzo e danza finale, Paganini’s Capriccio no. 13, Schubert’s Quartet no. 10 in E-flat Major op. 125 no. 1 – Adagio Scherzo, Borodin’s Quartet no. 2 in D Major Notturno and Schmidinger’s Four and More.
