The following are the stories making the front pages of Malta's newspaper's today.

The Sunday Times of Malta reports how lawyer Adrian Delia has become the first to declare his interest in standing for the leadership of the Nationalist Party. 

In other stories, the newspaper says reports that apartments have gone on sale at SmartCity, without permits having been issued. It also carries a survey on traffic.

The story on Dr Delia's PN leadership interest is also taken up by MaltaToday and the Malta Independent.

In another story, MaltaToday says an Italian prosecutor has complained of Malta delays in a mafia investigation.

The Malta Independent quotes minister Chris Fearne saying Labour can stay in power for another 20 years. 

Il-Mument says unelected Labour candidates are accusing colleagues of 'stealing' thousands of votes. 

KullĦadd says that Simon Busuttil decided to include the Democratic Party in the Opposition and did not wish to allow this decision to his successor. 

It-Torċa features criticism by Fr Mark Montebello of church radio station RTK. The newspaper also looks ahead at the House debate on gay marriage. 

Illum reports that one of Joseph Muscat's priorities is to cut the list for social housing.
