During the first board meeting of the newly-elected board, Ms Coleiro was elected among the board members as the president of FHRD for the period 2017 -2019. Mr Naudi in turn was elected as vice president.

The new FHRD board will continue building on the work of the past board in making sure that FHRD continues providing quality HR related courses ranging from level five awards up to doctorate level. At the same time FHRD looks forward to the next two years to continue being a networking hub for its members and HR practitioners in Malta.

One of the main priorities of the organisation will be that of continuing the work with the authorities in Malta in order to introduce a warrant for HR practitioners operating in Malta, with the aim of constantly raising the bar when it comes to people management. FHRD’s objective is to constantly increase the quality of human resources in Malta through its lifelong learning programmes, networking events and conferences.
