Malta's newspapers in review

The following are the top stories in the Maltese newspapers today.

l-orizzont and In-Nazzjon focus on the current controversy over the community work scheme for unemployed workers. L-orizzont says the PN has praised a scheme which was worse than that which Malta has at present.

In-Nazzjon says Education and Employment Minister Evarist Bartolo is happy with the current scheme, operated by the GWU which involves precarious work conditions.

On the same theme, MaltaToday says unions rake in millions from schemes for the unemployed.
