Achieving the elusive ‘work-life balance’ was the theme of the Mental Health Association Gozo’s annual mental health conference entitled ‘24 Siegħa Kuljum – Biżżejjed?” (Are 24 Hours a Day enough?). Professional speakers delivered presentations about the ongoing challenge to juggle the demands of a career with one’s personal, family and social life.
