Infinitely Xara’s fine dining restaurant, de Mondion, has

been home to several gastronomic adventures, and this time embarked upon the flavours of the Orient.

Following the success of the two collaborative dinners, one held in July and the other in August, Infinitely Xara wanted to share this unique gastronomic experience with members of the local press.

The collaboration between Chef Kevin Bonello and Chef Kazunori Otowa was a match made in heaven. The combined skill and passion for fine dining cuisine was the result of a masterpiece of classic French fine dining cuisine, using local produce with an Asian twist.

The menu for the evening was deeply inspired. A choice of delectable ingredients all harmoniously balanced, with beautiful minimalist presentation, highlighting the quality ingredients. The de Mondion terrace overlooking stunning views of the island was the perfect backdrop for the al fresco occasion.
