Recently, the Aquatic Sports Association (ASA) presented two Neptunes players, Niki Lanzon and Steve Camilleri, with mementos in recognition of their massive contribution to Maltese waterpolo.

ASA president Joe Caruana Curran presented a plaque to Lanzon as a token of appreciation for his long service as a member and captain of the national team after the player announced his retirement from representative duties a few weeks ago.

Camilleri’s similar keepsake was intended to mark his prestigious achievement when topping the goalscorers’ list with 21 goals at the 2016 European Championship finals, held in Serbia last January.
