In today’s competitive job market, employers are looking for more than just an academic qualification. They want multi-skilled graduates with diverse interests and experiences that will enhance their professional work. That’s why at Middlesex University, courses develop transferable skills and provide students with opportunities to boost their employability, enabling them to prepare for and secure their dream career.

Over 100 students have graduated from the Middlesex University Malta campus, which is the third international Middlesex campus which opened in 2013. Since then, graduates have embarked on meaningful and satisfying careers and are achieving extraordinary things when armed with the education, opportunities and support that Middlesex provides. With Middlesex University’s help, their exceptional talents and skills are being recognised by employers even before graduating. In fact, many of the students are employed before they even graduate.

Dave Shaw, Malta Campus director, traces this success to the personal approach to learning at Middlesex University Malta.

“We’ve tailored our curriculum to ensure that students across all our courses are well-equipped to succeed in a highly competitive job market, with a variety of co-curricular and extracurricular opportunities to improve employability skills and build an impressive CV. We take pride in our student-focused mentoring through seminars, internships and work placements. Backed by a team of academics and lecturers, we offer students a high quality experience, with excellent staff-student ratios and plenty of encouragement for students to be the very best they can be.”

Middlesex University Malta is offering a number of full-time and part-time top-up degree and post-graduate degree programmes in international business, IT and computer science. This year it has launched a BSc in Business Information Systems and an MSc in Network Security and Pen Testing in response to industry demands.
