The Indian Navy’s magnificent three-masted training barque, the INS Tarangini, calls at the Grand Harbour on June 21 whilst on an eight-month trip that will see her visit 17 ports in 14 countries and take part in races. The Tarangini, launched in 1995, was the first Indian naval ship to circumnavigate the globe, carrying a crew of 75. She has visited Malta before, in 2007.
