Design, direction and decadence are all names that could be associated with Onepercent. The luxury furniture store has been established for the past five years.

However, recent changes have given this store an exciting, new makeover with the management takeover, led by Noel Pace and his investment partner.

Onepercent was founded in 2009, with Noel playing a vital role in setting up the operation. He was employed as manager of Onepercent, before taking over the company from his previous employer in June.

Since then, the company has been re-invented and re-launched.

“The re-launched Onepercent has taken a definite new direction with the refurbishing of the showroom and the total transformation of the space. We have designed and installed many new kitchens including some huge, state-of-the-art kitchens from Poliform that will hopefully inspire and delight our clients. We have filled the showroom with specially selected furniture and pieces to bring it back to life, creating excitement in the space again. The showroom has been dressed and displayed like showrooms abroad and we wanted to remove that typical showroom feel and have it decorated more like home,” Pace said.

Filled with fabulous new kitchens and stunning furniture from such prestigious international brands such as Poliform, the space is now dressed to impress and a total source for design inspiration.

Onepercent handles many facets of homes interiors, including kitchens, living and bedroom furniture, walk-in wardrobes, lighting and flooring. The company works with a variety of clients on projects including both commercial and residential spaces. The broad spectrum of products and collections at hand enables the team to assist in assembling the complete furniture requirements to meet a client’s interior design need.

“We work with Malta’s leading architects and interior designers on a continuous basis on many different projects and, while we do assist clients with design services in-house such as kitchen planning and furniture layout, we do not offer an interior design service. We believe there are so many talented designers that we already work with that we do not need to cover this spectrum as well,” Pace said.

Travelling is a large part of the company’s disposition and the team recently attended the Maison et Objet fair in Paris that sees thousands of interiors suppliers merge into one fair bringing the latest ideas and trends. Also, the company attends the furniture exhibition in Milan, Salone del Mobile, to meet with the Italian suppliers.

The company’s refurbished showroom contains stunning displays and room sets filled with life, atmosphere and fantastic ideas. Walking throughout this two level showroom is now an inspirational feast.

“We have invested a lot of money into purchasing props and décor and spent a lot of time working on visual merchandising and displays within the showroom.

“The idea is to give the client ideas and inspiration and we have used a lot of wallpaper throughout the showroom from Fabulous Home. It was important to the team for clients to come in and have that wow factor and really notice the changes that have been done within the space. We hope we have achieved that objective,” Pace said.

The lower level of Onepercent is mainly dedicated to leading international brand Poliform showcasing kitchens, dining areas, bedrooms and more.

The upper level is dedicated to other leading Italian brands, showcasing kitchens and other furniture.

Onepercent is located in Valley Rd, Msida and is open from Monday to Friday from 10am till 7pm and on Saturdays from 10am till 2pm.
