The Chaplaincy is organising a morning of spiritual reflection for all academic staff at Mount St Joseph Retreat House, Targa Gap, on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

This morning will be guided by Fr Alfred Darmanin, SJ, a member of the chaplaincy and a senior lecturer in the Department of Psychology.

The short retreat is aimed to discover various ways to find God in daily life: through prayer, in personal experience, in nature, our body, in other people, at work, and in the Eucharist.

Various individual and group exercises will be proposed to achieve this awareness: photo-language, sharing personal experiences, guided fantasy, centring, finding symbols of God in nature, breathing exercises, discussion, and Mass.

Anyone interested may send an e-mail to chaplaincy@um.edu.mt or tel: 2340-2341 by Thursday.
