Our regular staff members participate in various training programmes designed by our global organisation. We also make sure that they are given every chance to work abroad with their colleagues, bringing home new experiences and staying at the cutting edge of their respective fields.

We are now in the process of implementing our future. Our Vision 2020 maps out where we want to be at the turn of the decade and what we need to do to get there. Again this future, our future, is rooted in people.

So what are we doing? We are offering internships to University students and accompanying them on their academic journey. We offer bright new graduates the chance to become chartered accountants through the ACA qualification. We also offer study schemes to students who have successfully completed their A levels and who wish to take up a professional qualification in accounting, namely ACCA, where we support by way of tuition, study materials, examination fees and study leave. In fact, we are currently recruiting the next cohort of students for the EY ACCA programme.
