Nutrition Empire Health Shop of Żabbar, in association with PhD Nutrition of the UK, will be hosting natural bodybuilding icon Roger Snipes at the Sky Spirit Fitness Club at Skyparks in Gudja next Sunday between 10am and 5pm.

Mr Snipes, one of the UK’s most popular natural bodybuilders, will be answering questions related to nutrition and training, while a food consultant will deliver a speech on nutrition, followed by a question-and-answer session.

The health shop will also be organising a fitness challenge for athletes, which will involve doing the maximum number of push-ups, pull-ups and timed lateral raises.

PhD Nutrition samples will also be distributed, while items from the company’s product range will be discounted.
