Three Somalis and an Eritrean were each given a six-month jail term suspended for a year for trying to leave Malta and go to Sweden with passports belonging to third parties on Sunday.

Mohamed Odawale Hassan, 36, Ali Mohamed Abdi Shukur, 20, and Muhudin Ahmed Farhiya, 27, from Somalia and Winta Berhat, 31, from Eritrea admitted to the charge.
