On November 7 I received an sms from 50705070 where I was invited to participate in a competition. All I had to do was answer a question, and I was advised about the cost of my message.

I was naive and I complied. The questions kept on coming and I felt encouraged as my points were increasing. I believed I would soon win my prize.

To cut a long story short: I never won any prize and I ended up with a bill of €70.59 which could have been more wisely spent.

I feel the need to write this letter so that others can learn from my gullibility and stay clear of such rip-offs. The next time I get such a message I will delete it.
