A person working for the past 12 years on two part-time jobs has just found out that his/her pension will be based on two-thirds of only one part-time job. This amounts to the minimum pension. There is no option of paying contributions for both part-time jobs.

This discrimination is an unjust one. Why should one be discriminated against for having two part-time jobs instead of a one full-time job?
