Archbishop’s engagements


9.15am The Archbishop presides over a Curia senior staff meeting at his residence in Attard.

4.30pm He meets seminarians, celebrates Mass and stays with them for dinner at the Seminary in Tal-Virtu.


9.30am The Archbishop visits Guardamangia Primary School as part of his pastoral visit.

4.30pm He presides over a Seminary board meeting at the Seminary in tal-Virtù.

7pm He celebrates Mass on the graduation of the Institute of Pastoral Formation at the Seminary.


10am The Archbishop meets the Council of Parish Priests at the Curia.

6.30pm He celebrates Mass for University graduates at St John’s Co-Cathedral, Valletta.


1.30pm The Archbishop greets Cardinal Domenico Calcagno, president of the Administration of the Patrimony of the Holy See, at Malta International Airport. The Cardinal will take part in the international board meeting of the foundation Centesimus Annus Pro Pontefice.

7pm He visits the Augustinian Friars at Guardamangia and later dines with them.


4.30pm The Archbishop presides over a meeting of the Diocesan Finance Council at the Curia.


9am The Archbishop attends a congress Preaching the Faith organised by the Dominican Province at St Dominican Priory in Rabat.

5.30pm He greets the members of the international board Centesimus Annus Pro Pontefice and later concelebrates Mass at the Curia.


10.30am The Archbishop celebrates Mass on the 25th anniversary of the National Commission for Persons with Disability at the Cospicua parish church.

6.30pm He celebrates Mass on the inauguration of Fr Carmel Busuttil as parish priest of Swatar.
