Video interviews of youths talking about their careers, talents, social life and fashion are being featured on a new youth section The Zone at www.timesofmalta.com/thezone. Tomorrow two new interviews will be uploaded on the following youths.

Daniel Fenech is the epitome of the Latin quote, Mens sana in corpore sano (A sound mind in a healthy body). A young and promising athlete, Fenech is also a student reading medicine. He believes that the more you take on in life, the more organised you become with managing your own success.

Being dedicated to athletics doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice your social life, or future plans, whatever they may be. The more you work out and keep your body healthy the better you will perform in your mental work.

“Vintage, steampunk and charms jewellery” is what Marcon Caruana calls her own creations. Her jewellery work incorporates shabby chic with vintage glam.

Caruana’s business edge? Her dedication to using fair trade products and old dismantled items.
