Students aged 16 to 22 who wish to take part in the next edition of the Contest for Young Scientists are to apply online through the NSTF Science Facebook page or by sending the application form by post to NSTF, 220, St Paul Street, Valletta, VLT 1217, by November 15.

Students will be teamed up in groups of three, conduct research and develop their own original scientific project and exhibit it during the NSTF Science Week.

A panel of local and foreign judges will adjudicate the students’ performance.

The prizes for the best performing teams include participation in the EU Contest for Young Scientists, courtesy of NSTF and the European Commission, and the opportun-ity of representing Malta at the Expo Science Europe/International, courtesy of NSTF.
