The Nationalist Party today launched an initiative where people can apply to spend a day shadowing the prime minister, experiencing the challenges he has to deal with.
To do so they have to apply on www.pmforaday.com and submit an idea about what they would do if they were prime minister.
Three applicants will be shortlisted and a winner will be chosen by a team of journalists on the basis of their idea.
Applicants will also be required to suggest a team of ministers from among their friends.
The initiative was announced by PN General Secretary Paul Borg Olivier. The winner will get an iPad 3 and will spend a day with the prime minister, attending his meetings and activities. A reality programme will be filmed.
Dr Borg Olivier said this was one of a series of activities launched by the party to engage with the public and to seek ideas. The other initiatives included mychoice.pn and the faceboook page myvoice.pn and the web conferences being held with the prime minister.
