Frank Buckley is an unemployed Irish artist who's become famous for living in a Billion-Euro apartment - literally.

The interior of the house is made up of 1.4 billion Euros worth of decommissioned Euro notes from the Irish mint. The walls are made of blocks of old money, and the furniture and appliances are sprayed with shredded notes.

Buckley says his work-in-progress is about "creating debate". He still plans to build a kitchen and bedroom, complete with a mattress stuffed entirely with shredded notes.
