I am a permanent Flypass member with Air Malta.
I live in Malta but work exclusively overseas and travel mostly with Air Malta for all my business trips and then several trips each year overseas with my wife and children.
I regard myself as a loyal and proud customer of Air Malta.
I currently have 65,000 air miles on my frequent traveller account and have attempted to get Flypass travel awards on three different flights over the past two months by sending e-mails to Flypass.
I have phoned several times to find a phone that just rings and then cuts me off; I’ve sent six e-mails to the Flypass e-mail address (which is correct) to request the upgrade and had no reply.
I then tried customer service who expressed apologies and forwarded my complaint to Flypass with a promise of a reply that I also never got.
It feels like someone has instructed the Flypass department to not answer phones or reply to e-mails?
Does anyone at Air Malta care?
