Thomas Smith Group was entrusted with coordinating import and export activity for World War Z’s production company while Brad Pitt’s film was shooting on location in Malta, the logistics company said this week.

Equipment and props totalling more than 45 tonnes of airfreight and 25 container loads were brought to Malta and shipped out to Stansted afterwards.

Two cargo Antonov 124 aircraft left Malta earlier this month loaded with approximately 45 tonnes of equipment while 25 containers were shipped out later.
