Go is offering a mobile call rate of 5c a minute to all Go mobile and Go fixed numbers in a new summer offer that runs until July 31.

The cheap call rate is available to all ‘Pay As You Go’ customers who subscribe to Go by texting ‘TALK5c’ to 16410. Customers are then informed by SMS when the Talk 5c offer is activated. On activation, calls made to Go mobile and Go fixed line numbers are charged at a rate of €0.05 a minute anytime of the day for a seven-day period from the date of activation.

The Talk 5c offer is available on selected ‘Pay As You Go’ tariff plans including ‘Base Plan’ ‘Base Plan with Happy Hours’ and ‘Talk & Talk’. Customers on any one of these ‘Pay As You Go’ Tariff Plans may activate the Talk 5c Offer as an add-on to their applicable tariff plan. There is an activation fee of €2.10.

Customers on other ‘Pay As You Go’ plans who would like to subscribe to the offer may change their tariff to ‘Base Plan’ or ‘Talk & Talk’ for free.

Customers wishing to migrate to ‘Base Plan’ and enjoy one rate all day long can send ‘B’ to 4400. ‘Happy Hours’ is an add-on which is also available on the ‘Base Plan’ tariff and is tailor-made for customers who talk more during the evening. Both ‘Happy Hours’ and ‘Talk 5c’ can be activated together. Customers wishing to migrate to ‘Talk & Talk Plan’ can do so by sending TalkTalk to 4400. Go’s ‘Talk & Talk caters for customers who spend long periods on the phone any time of the day.

It is recommended that customers call Freephone 180 to verify if a number they intend calling is part of the Go network.
