Air Malta is to launch a direct service to Milan's Linate airport in its winter schedule, while maintaining its flights to Malpensa.

The airline will fly to Linate on Saturdays (departing Malta at 8.55 a.m. and Linate at 11 a.m.) and on Sundays (departing Malta at 2.30 p.m. and Linate 6.25 p.m.)

Passenger flows from Milan have been increasing, as well as airline capacity. Links between Malta and Milan are operated by Air Malta, Alitalia and Easyjet.
