The University of Malta has taken the initiative to give a new format to the MATSEC examination past papers. Students intending to sit for MATSEC examinations normally use the past papers as a drill and practice exercise.

In an attempt to provide a better service to these students, the University of Malta is publishing past papers in a new A5 booklet format. The format allows the university to minimise cost while making the papers easier to handle. Every attempt is being made to make past papers available as early as possible to these students. Other improvements will be introduced next year.

To facilitate the availability of the past papers, an expression of interest was published in October to create a distribution system. The University is collaborating with all those who responded and the SEC past papers will be available on the market before the end of November.
