Plea for pets
This is our monthly animal and pets issue and you'll see through our pages that we're thinking of the slogan a dog is for life not just for Christmas, and taking it further to include all pets.
Everyone wants to give and resceive perfect presents and pets are good for us; this has been proved in all sorts of ways.
All we ask is that if you do want a pet for Christmas, or even a birthday if you are celebrating one soon, you think it through thoroughaly.
Animals deserve a happy Christmas too.
Caring everywhere
The chance to help of an animal can come up in all sorts of ways. Just see Your Letters on page 4 to find out how one little creature unexpectedly found a new home.
