Dear Junior News, this is a letter about my birthday party. It was August 18 and it was my birthday and soon we went for my friend Nicholas. After we got him we had to go to a pool. Later that day we got some food cause we were hungry. Then we went for a little swim and then everyone gave me presents. Afterwards we all went home.
That sounds like a really fun birthday Isaac. It's always nice to celebrate a birthday with friends. We hope your letter will give other people the idea to write about the different ways they celebrate special occasions. We're printing your picture here too. Dear Junior News, we are writing just to say that we really have fun reading this newspaper for us children. There are beautiful prizes for each competition and the questions are mind working. Our favourite competition is the Gallery competition. We love drawing and would really appreciate it if you could show one of our drawings in Junior News.
During the week we really look forward to going to grandma's on Wednesdays. We have won beautiful prizes. Anyway we thank you for everything and for the wonderful prizes that you give each and every competition winner.
