It was recently reported that the Prime Minister decided to take healthcare reform back to the drawing board. This decision enhances his position as head of government.

Unfortunately, we cannot say the same for the way he is handling the plans for the opera house site, on the designs of Renzo Piano. Why not hold a referendum?

If the government goes ahead with this design for the theatre and the planned new Parliament, it would lose all the credit gained from backing down on health reform and I and many more thousands would refrain from voting Nationalist at the next election.
