A number of activities are being held at St. James Cavalier Centre for Creativity to mark World Book Day. The events are being organised by the Malta Book Council

The council said the events for tomorrow (Sunday) start at 10 a.m. when visitors can meet well known author Trevor Zahra.

At 2..30 Rita Saliba reads her works for children.

At 3 p.m. Charles Casha discusses the well known character Fra Mudest who he created 40 years ago, and at 3.30 Marika Azzopardi reads from her book Mhux Tort Tiegħi.

Charles Azzopardi discusses his books on relationships at 4 p.m. and at 6 p.m. President Emeritus Prof. Guido de Marco, Lino Spiteri and Stanley Clews will be at the centre to discuss their biographies.

There will be a literary evening with Joe Friggieri starting at 7.30 p.m.
