The Foundation for Human Resources Development (FHRD) is holding a course entitled 'Implementing strategies for a work-life balance' on January 22, 24, 28, 30, 31 and February 6 between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. at its premises at 1, Il-Kampanella Street, San Gwann. The course will provide a focus on special policies and family-friendly measures in Malta.
It also raises questions to stimulate discussion during each interactive session. It intends to help individuals stop to reflect on what matters most in their life and to also evaluate daily activities and become assertive to balance work with responsibilities outside the workplace.
The course is especially suited to HR managers and senior staff members in the private and public sectors, particularly those responsible for the implementation of effective equal opportunities policies.
Dr Frances Camilleri-Cassar will lead the course. FHRD members pay €209.64 (Lm90). The fee for non-members is €232.94 (Lm100).
