New Sliema coach Stephen Azzopardi will have to make do without Ivan Woods for Sunday's Premier League match against Msida SJ, his first in charge of the Blues, after the forward was given a one-match ban.

Woods was sanctioned yesterday after collecting a fourth yellow card in the 1-0 defeat to Pietà Hotspurs on Sunday.

Msida coach Patrick Curmi must also make one change to the team that edged Mqabba 4-3 on Sunday after Brazilian striker Pedro Dos Santos Calcado was banned for one match.

Dos Santos Calcado came in for punishment by the Malta FA Disciplinary Commissioner after being red-carded in the dying stages of his debut match for the Saints. The Brazilian striker scored two of Msida's goals before ruining his contribution with a second booking for a late tackle.

In Division One, St George's coach Michael Woods, was hit with a two-match touchline ban after he was dismissed from the dug-out during his side's 1-0 defeat to Tarxien Rainbows on Saturday.
