A woman was hospitalisted early this afternoon following a crash between her Toyota Igo and a Misubishi 4x4 driven by a 65-year-old man.

The crash took place shortly after noon on the Rabat road in Mriehel near the Fino showroom. The Mitsubishi also mounted a centre strip and crashed into a tree.

The woman's medical condition is not life threatening.
