A 60-year-old woman from Sta Venera was seriously injured this afternoon in a head-on crash in Psaila Street, Sta Venera between a Smart which she was driving, and a u Hyundai Getz .

The Getz was being driven by a 43-year-old man, also from Sta Venera, who was accompanied by two passengers.

The incident took place at about 4.15 p.m.

The injuries are not life-threatening.
