The 30th anniversary of the death of artist Wistin Camilleri is being marked with various activities. A commemorative plaque was unveiled at the entrance of the Wistin Camilleri Gozo Centre for Art and Crafts by Gozo Minister Giovanna Debono and blessed by Bishop Nikol Cauchi. The plaque was made by one of the artist's nephews, Josef Camilleri.

Other activities will include an exhibition of Camilleri's most significant master pieces in November and the unveiling of a monument to the artist by his son Alfred Camilleri Cauchi at the in December.
