The New Victorians and Joe Roscoe will open for Winter Moods at their 30th anniversary concert on Saturday at Fort St Elmo.

The New Victorians are sister duo Bettina and Philippa, who just launched their debut full-length album Seeker, Seeker at the Earth Garden Festival. In 2011 they participated at the International Alchemy Songwriting Competition in the US, where they won the youth division. They released their EP Dustpile last year, with its unique rendition of Queen’s Somebody to Love.

Joe Roscoe is the Anglo-Maltese singer-songwriter who won Best Newcomer at the 2013 Bay Music Awards. “We are delighted to share the stage with young, talented musicians. The New Victorians and Joe Roscoe are gifted artists who have a bright future ahead ,” said Ivan Grech, frontman of Winter Moods.
