“I think at University there will be more opportunity to get to know people from different backgrounds and different courses and interests.
“The learning method is also different, as you have to find the studying material and resources for yourself rather than having them handed to you.”

“I guess the major issue is going to be independence. Having attended a Church school for the past seven years, I’ve been used to a certain amount of help. Now I have to be more independent and not rely on everyone else. Hopefully the rest shouldn’t be too bad.
“I think it’ll take time to settle down, perhaps until we all get used to the timetable, find the right classrooms, and so on, but I’m hoping lectures and the environ-ment will be a great experience.”
