The Sunday Times of Malta reports that police believe that the man injured in a car bomb attack in Msida last week was being followed at the time the device was detonated.

The Malta Independent on Sunday leads with a report that Crowe Horwath, the firm that carried out an audit of Konrad Mizzi and Keith Schembri's offshore financial affairs, has a base in Malta. 

Malta Today reports that two young Gozitan men arrested on drug charges changed their police statement following political intervention. 

Il-Mument focuses on the Panama Papers scandal, saying that it is clear the police have enough evidence to press charges against Konrad Mizzi and Keith Schembri. 

Illum leads with reports that the Labour Party has asked MCSD chairman and former PN MP Jeffrey Pullicino Orlando to contest the general election on a PL ticket. 

Kulħadd leads with claims that PN MP Toni Bezzina sought to trick the Planning Authority into granting him a permit to build on ODZ land in Rabat. 

Il-Leħen writes that of 27 thefts from churches and chapels last year, not a single one was solved.
